Flavor - The production technique has enriched this wine with tannins which contribute to its verticality and the nerve that is perceived when tasting it. Acidic, fresh, fragrant, elegant.
Excellent companion for soups, legumes and fresh vegetables. Ideal to accompany fish, shellfish and white meat dishes, medium-aged cheeses.
