Muffo di San Sisto - Marche Bianco IGT.
Intense golden yellow, it has a broad and persistent nose, with notes of fruit jam - apricot, peach, plum - honey, broom, aromatic herbs. Caressing and enveloping mouth, with a balanced finish.

Maturation of the wine: In small 225 liter French oak barrels for 12 months;
Production method: The alternation of night dews with hot and dry days, which characterize the month of October , favors the establishment of noble rot. Thanks to this noble mushroom we witness a process of overripeness and concentration of the sugary and aromatic components. During the hand harvest, which begins in November and involves numerous passes (8/10), only the bunches with a mold attack of more than 50% are selected. It ferments at a controlled temperature for 35/40 days.
