Tasting notes Color: more or less intense straw yellow with green reflections; Nose: opens with marked and fine perceptions of apple, peach and ripe pear, to then decline on clear and persuasive notes of acacia, broom and orange blossom, embellished with mineral nuances, almond and chamomile flowers; Palate: snappy and savory, it manages to combine its extraordinary freshness with a caressing soft drinkability, proving to be rich in pulp, dynamic and enveloping, of beautiful charm and persistence; Characteristics: the fascinating background minerality, combined with a very marked fruity and floral texture, makes this wine vital and satisfying, very pleasant to drink and of great versatility; Food pairings: it will be a good companion to a plate of fusilli with scallops, of tasty lasagna with seafood, of pappardelle with scampi; also excellent with steamed lobster, stewed monkfish, steak of grouper with fine herbs. Successful combination with shrimp and vegetable meatballs and breaded squid.
