A marriage of love between the Zibibbo and Catarratto grapes for a very pleasant wine full of wine suggestions.
Fresh, slightly savoury, it is distinguished by the richness and intensity of the aromas, born from the encounter of two noble Sicilian varieties.
The contribution of minerality is determined by the territory of origin, a short maceration in steel at a controlled temperature
then contributes to giving an interesting aromatic component, with clear references of orange blossom flowers and white peach.
The grapes are harvested by hand between the end of August (Zibibbo) and the first ten days of September (Catarratto) in the family vineyards of the DOC Erice;
Anima Solis Bianco by Casa Vinicola Fazio is an ideal wine for the whole meal, chosen for its marked versatility in pairings.
