Acante Fiano Salento IGT 75 cl C M
Acante was born in 2012. It is a variety which, although it is particularly present in Campania with the DOCG Fiano di Avellino, can certainly be considered an autochthonous Apulian variety. It has Greek origins and takes its name from vitis apiana, so called because the Fiano vine attracted swarms of bees.
The name Acante in Salento dialect means "empty", due to its ease of drinking and adaptability to a large number of dishes.
