Capers in Salt 150 gr Campisi
Salted capers are part of the world of aromatic herbs and spices to be used in the kitchen, a truly fascinating and millenary world.

The caper is a typical shrub of Sicily and the Mediterranean areas that blooms between May and September, its buds not yet hatched must be collected as soon as possible as long as they are small, hard and green.
