Semola di Grano Duro
Scialatielli Senatore Cappelli 500 gr Colombo
Artisan pasta by Senatore Cappelli, bronze drawn, slowly dried at low temperature. Scilatielli are a typical dish used in Campania. The name scialatielli presumably derives from two Neapolitan words, “scialare” (enjoy) and “tiella” (frying pan).
They are strips shorter than spaghetti, wider and with a rather irregular rectangular section.
This type of pasta goes very well with both seafood and land sauces
