Apricot and onion chutney 110 gr Tenuta Paradiso

Tenuta Paradiso SrL's apricot and spice chutney is a delicious apricot-based sauce with the addition of onion, natural aromatic spices and mustard. It goes very well with more or less seasoned cheeses and as a seasoning for roasted or baked red and white meats. Its characteristic flavor, being based on fruit, sugar and vinegar, has a marked sweet and sour note for all palates.
Chutney was imported from India a few centuries ago, then over time it entered the English jargon associating it with the verb "crush" intended as crushing as it was originally made by pounding the various ingredients.
