Red Wine Sauce 180 gr Nonno Mario

Superb traditional sauce produced with the king of Piedmontese wines. Tasty, full-bodied, slow cooked, it pairs perfectly with all egg pasta tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle and maltagliati but also with polenta. Ready to use, just heat it and add a knob of butter or raw extra virgin olive oil and, to taste, a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano.

INGREDIENTS: Tomato 65% (origin: ITALY), onions, carrots, CELERY, Barolo wine docg 10% (contains SULPHITES), extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar.
