Smell: It opens with clear sensations of wild strawberry, currant and hints of raspberry. Floral hint of rose. Sage and thyme for the vegetable part. Citrus and vegetal nuances close the olfactory sensations.
Taste: Good intensity with aftertaste sensations that highlight the rose and wild strawberry. The delicate tannic texture is pleasant and surprisingly savoury. Pleasant persistence and excellent balance (to be tasted again. Pleasantly spicy).
Serving temperature: 10/12C° (as a slightly cooler aperitif, accompanied with dishes a few degrees higher, it emphasizes the aromas).
