BOUQUET Fresh and fruity aromas of red fruit such as cherry and wild strawberry forest with notes of Mediterranean herbs.
PAIRINGS Excellent as an aperitif, but also goes well with fattier dishes such as mixed fried foods, vegetable tempura and cured meats.
FLAVOUR Well balanced on the palate, with consistent body and complexity . The fruit flavors on the palate are abundant, but there is also a strong minerality.
