Vinification and Aging: The grapes are harvested in the second ten days of August.
After destemming-crushing, the crushed grapes are cold-macerated for 3 hours at a temperature of 6-8°C; racking and soft pressing.
The must obtained is cold decanted and after clarification it is fermented at temperatures of 12-14°C.

Description: Nero d'Avola vinified alone. Immediately surprising, a rosé of authentic brilliance,
lively and with a clear color with magnificent bright reflections. On the nose, the notes of a fleshy flower such as the rose,
to move on to pomegranate and cherries. Good structure that keeps the alcohol content in perfect balance,
with a perfectly harmonious finish.

How to serve it: Serve in medium-sized goblets at a service temperature between 10° and 12° c.
