Climate: mild winters, hot springs and autumns with little rain, very hot and dry summers.
Average age of the vineyards: 12 years.
Yield: 75 quintals of grapes per hectare.
Training system: spurred cordon espalier.
Planting density: 4000 plants per hectare.
Vinification: the grapes are destemmed without pressing and immediately sent for soft pressing. The must is then sent to fermentation which lasts for about 15 days at temperatures between 15° and 18° until completion of the refinement in steel tanks for 4 months and in the bottle for 2 months.
Alcohol: 12.50% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: cherry pink.
Nose: intense, with floral and cherry scents.
Taste: fresh, delicately enveloping and with good persistence.
