BOUQUET: The bouquet is rich in floral scents, violets and rose petals , with a very fresh presence of red fruits, black cherry, strawberry and pomegranate.
PAIRINGS: Very versatile, it is excellent in combination with raw fish, vegetarian risottos, it also goes well with cured meats, cheeses, pasta dishes and meat. To be tried fresh with barbecue meat!
TASTE: In the mouth it is fresh and juicy, very pleasant to taste, with a light final note of pink grapefruit. It has a good structure and roundness and once again confirms the character of Nebbiolo as an expression of the territory.
