Il Rosé di Casanova IGT Toscana 75 cl La Spinetta

Inspired by Provençal rosés, the Rivettis dedicated themselves to the production of La Spinetta's first and only rosé. The potential of the territory of the Casanova estate combined with the characteristics of Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile have allowed the birth of a wine that shows character, intense aromas, pleasantness and drinkability. On the nose it shows floral and fruity scents, with citrus and Mediterranean scrub notes. On the palate it is wonderfully fresh and delicate with mineral notes and an enveloping acidity.
GRAPE VARIETY: Sangiovese 50%, Prugnolo Gentile 50%.
PAIRINGS: Octopus and potato salad, spaghetti with sea urchins sea.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12° C.
