Description: Wine with a strong personality thanks to the generous contribution of Alicante. Hierà rosé has an olfactory profile characterized by hints of ripe red fruit well combined with fresher balsamic and mineral notes. The approach to the palate is fresh and caressing, rich in acidity which accompanies it throughout the persistent almond finish.
Pairing: Delicious as an aperitif, its body, structure and aromatic richness are a great match with dishes of fish, in particular with tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes, spaghetti with sea urchins and fried fish.
