Our interpretation of a rosé wine is inspired by international tradition, in particular the French one which considers Merlot grapes among the most suitable for the production of this type of wine;
In Italy, Merlot, introduced in the mid-1800s, found ideal environmental conditions in many northern regions. It arrived in Sicily around the 1980s, demonstrating truly surprising adaptation.
