Grapes: 100% Nero di Troia.
Organoleptic notes: the pale and bright colour, the nose is very complex and intense, rich in hints reminiscent of fruits fresh red berries. On the palate we find the same intensity of the fruits, accompanied by good acidity and a subtle savory note in the finish.
Food pairings: excellent as an aperitif served with varied vol au vents, meat carpaccio, seafood and Mediterranean salads, linguine with scampi mixed with sea urchin pulp, grilled red tuna.
Serving temperature: 8 C°.
