Bollicella is made from only Molinara grapes, an indigenous red grape variety from Valpolicella.
Grapes: Molinara 100%
Colour: the wine is slightly hazy and pearly pink in colour.
Aroma: citrus and white pulp fruit aromas enriched by hints of yeast.
Taste: great freshness given by the vibrant acidity of the wine and the zero residual sugar.
The perlage is fine, and the light body makes it pleasant and thirst-quenching.
Pairings: Excellent as a summer aperitif or accompanied by mixed cured meats
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C
Alcohol content: 11.5%
Contains sulphites.
