DESCRIPTION

The Nerello Mascalese vine is a native variety that represents the Sicilian tradition and for this reason we decided to plant it in our Estate.

Our vine grows on a medium-textured soil, partly tending to clay, partly with a prevalence of limestone: in this way our Nerello brings back specific characters in aromas, intensity and body.

Our Nerello Mascalese vines are raised in espalier with Guyot pruning.

We decided to briefly macerate our Nerello with the marc to obtain a full rosé wine, to have a combination of freshness and consistency.
