GRAPES: blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese with a prevalence of Montepulciano. It comes only from our own vineyards that are over 50 years old.
VINIFICATION : we vinify the two grapes separately. The vinification is classic red. The wines stay on the skins for 10/12 days. The assembly is done before bottling. Aged for at least two years in 25 and 40 hl Slavonian oak barrels. and at least 6 months in the bottle.
GRADE: 13.5%.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: room temperature, even slightly chilled.
Contains sulphites.
