The cold microclimate determines a longer vegetative cycle of Nebbiolo which is expressed with an intense ruby color with light garnet reflections; the complex perfume with hints of dog rose and violet which evolves into spicy hints such as rosemary and lavender. In the mouth the tannins are well structured, dense and rich.
The acidic freshness is well balanced giving a savory and long finish. An extra year of refinement in the bottle allows the vigor of this wine to be better balanced.
