Hand-selected grapes, coming from our hillside vineyards, located in the Negrar valley: altitude from 200 to 450 meters. Average age of the vineyards 15/20 years.
Well-drained soil with a good supply of limestone.
Traditional Valpolicella grape varieties: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and other minor native varieties. The training system is the Veronese pergola, with a planting density of approximately 3,500 vines/ha.
