Who is Tumà? Our primitivo is dedicated to Don Tommaso Schiavoni, a nobleman who was the first to plant the cuttings of Primitivo di Manduria.

TASTING NOTES 
Colour: Wine with an intense ruby red colour, with delicate lighter reflections.
Smell: Elegant and delicate nose, which intensely recalls hints of Mediterranean scrub and red fruits among where the blueberry stands out; spicy returns close the characteristic olfactory bouquet of Tumà.
Taste: Full and persistent sip, with a smooth and elegant tannin to
balance its warmth and softness; memories of ripe red fruits and notes of liquorice caress the palate in what is a generous and fine mouthfeel.
Pairings:The perfect combination of persistence, alcohol and tannin makes Tumà perfect in combinations with spicy and aromatic dishes, excellent with cheeses and cured meats,
but also with complex preparations based on red meat.
