Torrette Valle d Aosta DOP 75 cl Les Cretes
Grape varieties: Petit Rouge 70%, (Mayolet, Cornalin, Fumin) 30% red (native variety).
Annual production: 18,000.
Vinification: fermentation for 8 days. in stainless steel (28/30 °C), daily pumping over. Aging for 8 months in steel.
Sensory notes: ruby red colour. Fresh, fine and delicate, floral (violet and dog rose) and fruity (small red fruits) on the nose. In the mouth, delicate and elegant, with a subtle acidic streak.
Serving temperature: 16/18 °C.
Recommended pairings: mixed appetizers, cured meats, first courses (pastas and cereal and vegetable soups), white and red meats, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
Contains sulphites.
