Annual production: 12,000 bottles.
Winemaking: Destemming of the grapes, 8-day fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 26 °C, with daily pumping over. Aged in stainless steel for 8 months and in the bottle for 6 months.
Sensory notes: ruby with violet hues. Floral (withered rose, violet) and fruity (morello cherry) on the nose. The same olfactory notes appear on the palate, accompanied by an unexpected freshness and a vivid minerality.
Serving temperature: 16/18 °C
Pairings: mocetta, mountain pasture fontina, traditional Aosta Valley dishes Favò, Valpellinentze soup.
Contains sulphites.
