DESCRIPTION
Nero d'Avola was the first grape variety that dad made wine after his oenology studies, more than 30 years ago. Keeping faith with tradition, he decided to continue making wine in cement, as his grandfather Tito and his father before him did.
This type of native vine plays a role of fundamental importance in the Sicilian tradition.
Our Nero d'Avola grows on fertile and deep medium-textured soils, which help to give the wine its structure and the aromas that characterize it. The training system is espalier, with guyot pruning.
