Organoleptic Characteristics
Colour: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: typical varietal notes of cherry and morello cherry, background of raisin flowers and tobacco, licorice and pepper.
Flavour: in the mouth it is round, full, with fruity and spicy returns, all supported by an important tannic structure that gives length and persistence.
Service temperature: 18°
Food pairings: ideal for large meat-based dishes and aged cheeses such as an excellent Ragusano pecorino.
Contains sulphites.
