TASTING NOTES
Very intense purplish red. Evident aromas of violet and currant enriched by notes of licorice and black pepper. On the palate it is full and the tannins are harmonious and well integrated with a pleasantly toasted and spicy finish.
PAIRINGS
Mature cheeses, trufulati mushrooms, game with tasty sauces.
Serve at 14-16°C.
