Intense ruby with purple hues. Broad-spectrum sense of smell: cherries, raspberries, sour cherries, cinchonas, medicinal herbs, pepper. Equally complex palate: dense and loose, ripe and fresh, with aristocratic tannins, with continuous sensations of roots, cinchona, earth. Very persistent finish.
