Schioppettino DOC 75 cl Colutta
Not a well-known wine, it belongs to an indigenous variety of the Colli Orientali del Friuli and is also called Ribolla Nera. In fact, it has a bunch of grapes as large as Ribolla Gialla but oval in shape. Undoubtedly fascinating wine with a pale ruby color reminiscent of Pinot Noir. Spicy aroma reminiscent of black pepper. It is served at room temperature but also slightly chilled and goes perfectly with feathered game, white meats or tasty fish.
