BOUQUET On the nose what we could consider its 'signature', that is, the spicy note (black pepper on everything) emerges with clarity and incredible olfactory definition. This note is accompanied by a sweet, subtle and delicate fruit, which makes it elegant from the first approach.
PAIRINGS By virtue of its delicacy, it lends itself to pairings with typical Friulian appetizers, frico above all, cjarsons, dishes of delicate and light meat. It also lends itself to spit-roasted meats, feathered game and medium-aged cheeses.
FLAVOUR In the mouth the silky sensation (i.e. soft like silk) refers to a balance and elegance of absolute caliber, with a tannin and a freshness that is clearly present but extremely dosed.
