ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Bright garnet colour; complex bouquet, with a persuasive fragrance of raspberry jam and hints of scrub rose and ripe black cherry; full, soft flavour, with good flavor and great elegance and harmony, with a pleasant aftertaste of dried plum and long-lasting spices.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Lamb, kid, game, roast red meat, mature cheeses (Bitto).
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
