Vinification and Aging: After destemming, the grapes are left to macerate at a controlled temperature
in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days undergoing repeated pumping over and delestage.
Once the malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine is aged for 4 months in steel and 3 months in the bottle.
Description: Nero d'Avola vinified alone with a ruby red color with violet reflections.
With an intense, young, ready olfactory impact, with marked aromas of wild berries, currants, black cherries.
Full on the palate, it floods the palate with a caressing and persuasive structure, relegating the tannin to the crowning balance.
How to serve it: Serve in medium sized goblets at a service temperature between 16° and 18°C.
