Sangue del Diavolo Raboso DOC Piave 3 lt Ca di Rajo
Sangue del Diavolo Raboso del Piave is a structured wine with robust tannins and a pleasant acidity, tempered by more velvety notes of cherry and ripe plum. It is made with 10% dried grapes and ages for 24 months both in barrels and barriques. On the nose, cherry and wild blackberry give way to cinnamon, tobacco and violet. In the mouth, the flavor, accompanied by a pleasant acidity and a good alcohol content give a long and pleasant aftertaste.

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: 90% of the grapes are overripe on the vine, 10% are dried in the fruit room for 40 days;
VINIFICATION: Maceration for 20/25 days in wooden vats;
REFINEMENT: 36 months in 12 hl wooden barrels for the grapes unripened on the vine, 24 months in barriques for the grapes dried in the fruit cellar;
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 18-20°C;
Vol.14%.
