Style: ready to drink territorial red.
Grape varieties: Sangiovese harvested between September and October.
Color: red with light purple reflections.
Aroma: light blood notes, hints of blood orange and Mediterranean scrub accompany juicy red fruit.
Taste: fresh and crunchy with a full and dynamic center of the palate never harnessed by tannins which in this case simply bring further chewiness. Intense and controlled, never explosive, smooth and fun in its references to perfumes.
Alcohol: 13.50% Vol.
Pairing: sandwich with Bevagna porchetta.
