CHARACTERISTICS
The grapes are harvested at the end of September or manually or mechanically.
Then we proceed with destemming and pressing.
The must ferments in contact with the skins in 600 – 1000 hl tanks, at 25-26°C for 10 days.
TASTING NOTES
Bright ruby red.
Wine of medium structure, long in the mouth and fresh.
Typical hints of Sangiovese reminiscent of violets and small red fruits.
Serve with mixed cured meats and delicate cheeses.
Contains sulphites.
