Wine: Red.
Geographical Area: Friuli colli orientali.
Vine variety: Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet franc.
Production area: Manzano, Buttrio (UD).
Harvest: Manually in small boxes in the second half of September.
Elaboration: Destemming and pressing in open oak vats. Fermentation and maceration for approximately 30 days with frequent punching down and two delestages. Subsequently maturation in French oak barrels for approximately 18-24 months. Malolactic fermentation completely carried out. No finning. Gentle filtration at the time of bottling.
Contains sulphites.
