DESCRIPTION
Fresh and fruity wine, with intense aromas of red fruits that combine well with notes of liquorice, tobacco and hazelnut.
Wine with a broad and consistent structure.
Long and pleasant finish.
VARIETY
Sangiovese coming from the combination of clones selected internally.
TECHNICAL NOTES
Soil: area characterized by slopes with good slopes where the soils develop on continental, clayey sediments
of reddish color with notable presence of stones and pebbles.
Training system: spurred cordon - Banfi sapling
Planting density: 4200 - 5500 cp/ha.
Yield per hectare: 70 q/ha.
Fermentation: at controlled temperature (25-30°) in combined steel and Horizon French oak
Aging: in 60 and 90 hl French oak barrels. and in. 350 l French oak barrique. for 12 months
Alcohol: 14.5%
Suggested serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Contains sulphites.
