Vine variety: 100% Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca).
Training method: Guyot.
Production area: Municipality of Teglio, San Gervasio vineyard. The vineyard is located at 700 m above sea level. southern exposure.
Soil: Sandy (70%), loamy (20%) with acid pH.
Harvest: Hl/Ha 35. The bunches are harvested during the first half of October and placed in boxes ; the drying continues until mid-December.
Winification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks; malolactic fermentation and maturation for 12 months in 25Hl barrels and small 500 liter oak barrels.
Contains sulphites.
