Food: It goes well with pasta dishes, risotto with porcini mushrooms, mature cheeses, truffles and, at the end of the meal, with flakes of dark chocolate .
Colour: Ruby red with faint orange reflections.
Nose: Intense, elegant, with hints of red fruits and floral aromas. The intensity of the Nebbiolo is very recognizable with hints of spices and coffee.
Palate: Fine, elegant, medium to structured, very balanced with pleasant tannins and a long finish. Nose-Palate Affinity.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C.
