Riserva le More Castel del Monte DOCG Riserva 75 cl Santa Lucia

The organic Riserva “Le More” wine is a DOCG red produced from pure Nero di Troia grapes, reproduced in the nursery with mass selection of a company clone from the “Castigliola” plot.
On the nose and on the palate the palate highlights hints of berries, ripe red fruits in spirit, spices, bay leaves, tobacco, liquorice. Structured, delicately tannic, enveloping and persistent, with an unmistakable taste that combines ripe fruits, spices, wood, liquorice, aromatic herbs.

Alcohol content of approximately 14.5%, and total acidity of approximately 5.5 (g/L).
It goes well with roasts, mature cheeses, pecorino delle Murge, grilled Murge mushrooms, goulash, and typical dishes of slightly spiced oriental cuisine.
It is recommended to taste it after ten minutes of oxygenation in glass, at a temperature of approximately 16°C.
