Refosco dal Penducolo Rosso 75 cl Colutta

Ancient Friulian vine. The typical red color of the "Piccolo" distinguishes it from the homonymous vines of different origins. Intense purplish red color with garnet reflections if aged. It pairs excellently with strong dishes, fatty meats, game and stews.
Winemaking: the grapes harvested and selected by hand are destemmed, pressed and left to ferment at a controlled temperature (around 28°C) with the addition of selected yeasts. For color extraction, the "delestage" technique is used which allows the effective extraction of polyphenols, tannins and anthocyanins from the skins; this technique allows you to improve the stability of the color and structure of the wine over time.
