30-40 year old vineyards located in the hilly area of the Negrar valley, at a height of approximately 350 metres, with South-West exposure.
Clayey soil, rich in microelements. Grapes: Corvina and Corvinone 70%, Rondinella 25%, Croatina 5%.
The training system is the unilateral pergola, with a planting density of approximately 3,500 vines/ha. The inter-row is grassed.
