THE GRAPES
Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) and Merlot.
PRODUCTION AREA
The grapes come from the vineyards of Valtellina Superiore, on the slopes of the Rhaetian Alps, along the right bank of the Adda.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Garnet red color with ruby nuances; perfume fine fragrance of small fruits, a balsamic note with hints of raspberry jam, rose and violet. Dry, full and vigorous flavour, elegant tannins.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Game, roast red meats, mature cheeses.
