GRAPES: blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese approximately 50%;
VINIFICATION: we vinify the two grapes separately. The vinification is classic red.
The wines stay on the skins for 10/12 days. The assembly is done before bottling.
COLOUR: clear, garnet, lively, transparent.
BOUQUET: intense, persistent, hint of plum.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15° or slightly cooler and even almost cold.
GRADE: 13.5%;
Contains sulphites.
