ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Saturated purple violet that you can't wait to drink. Plumbago, dominated by the scent of ripe plums and wild blackberries, shows pleasantly complex aromatic traits of incense, jasmine and black truffle. The texture of the tannin is varied and combines soft, sweet and seductive aspects, like a Sacher cake, with the harder, direct and austere ones of a Modica chocolate bar.
PAIRING: Perfect in combination with grilled meats with which it finds affinity on the smoky tones. Its natural sweetness goes well with any sauces.
