After a careful wait, our 100% Perricone is born, a grape of noble quality and with unforgettable scents.

PRE VINIFICATION. The grapes rest for about a week placed in boxes in the fruit cellar.

VINIFICATION. In red, with grape's own yeasts, without fermentation additives, 1 month of maceration with the skins and racking.

AGING. Passage in steel tanks for 4 months. Subsequent 10 months in medium toasted French oak barrels, passage in steel tanks for another 4 months and then rest in the bottle.

ALCOHOL CONTENT. 14%.
