Pinot Noir Valle d Aosta DOP 75 cl Les Cretes
Grape variety: red, 100% Pinot Noir (selection of Burgundy)
Annual production: 18,000 bottles.
Winemaking: Destemming of the chilled grapes, 2-day cryomaceration, 8-10 day fermentation in steel stainless steel at a temperature of 24 °C, with daily pumping over. Aged in stainless steel for 6 months.
Sensorial notes: ruby with garnet reflections. Fruity nose (strawberry), with notes of sage and grapefruit. On the palate, fine and harmonious structure, accompanied by velvety tannins in a fresh and mineral finish.
Serving temperature: 16/18 °C
Recommended pairings: beef steak, rabbit rollé with olives , Aosta Valley crepes.
Contains sulphites.
