Bouquet: Sensations of blackcurrant, cherry, rose and spices (licorice, black pepper).
Taste: Elegant, complex, mineral, with subtle aromas of red fruit and wild raspberry . The acidity is very balanced with the structure.
The tannicity is pleasantly integrated by a persistent aftertaste where pleasant and subtle notes of spices and leather predominate.
Pairings: Grilled lamb chops, served with Pinot Noir sauce.
